Results of surgical treatment of patients with ruptured anterior communicating artery aneurysms

Anterior communicating artery aneurysms (AComA) are the most common type of intracranial aneurysms, accounting for approximately 35 % all ruptured aneurysms.
 The aim this study was to evaluate results surgical treatment patients with AComA Materials and methods. included 98 who underwent between 2008 2019 at Uzhhorod Regional Center Neurosurgery Neurology CNE “Сity Hospital Emergency Urgent Medical Care” Zaporizhzhia City Council. mean age 47.8 ± 11.0 years, 51.0 were female.
 Results.
